Stephen`s Autopsy Results

The results of Stephen Gately`s autopsy have been revealed.

And it seems the late Boyzone singer had been dead for eight hours before his body was found.

A forensics report says he died from heart failure.

The Sun revealed that experts have concluded that he suffered from an undiagnosed heart condition which caused him to collapse after a drink-fuelled night out in Majorca.

It seems his partner Andy Cowles may have spent three hours sleeping on the sofa beside Stephen`s body before realising something was wrong.

The National Toxicology Institute in Barcelona has ruled out drink or drugs as a factor in his death.

They have concluded that the singer suffered heart problems caused by atheromatosis - a thickening of the arteries.

The report says: "Gately had been dead for approximately eight hours when his body was discovered.

"There are no indications of a violent death."

We remember Stephen in a gallery of his life over time.
